Your presence is requested at the 2020-21 Scholarship Reception honoring scholarship recipients and the donors who make this possible.

The event will begin at 4 pm on November 12, 2020.

Donors, students, family and friends may attend from any physical location as long as internet is available as well as a device such as a computer, smart phone or tablet.

Please complete a registration for each device that will be used to attend the reception. It is important to register with the email you will be using to log in to the event.

Examples:

  • If there are two of you attending, but you will be using one device, only one of you should register.
  • If there are two of you attending, but each of you will be using your own device, you both need to register.

Once registration is complete, you will be directed to a webpage with information providing you access to the event. Please bookmark this page to return to the day of the event or copy the information to put in your calendar.

As many people, organizations and businesses are utilizing technology to socialize and conduct business, we ask that everyone attending practice grace and patience. Although we have planned and tested the programs being used to host this event, there are sometimes issues beyond our control which may delay transmission, interfere with sound or even disconnect us.

Some helpful hints, if technical difficulties are experienced during the event:

To fully participate in the breakout sessions and throughout the program, we recommend accessing the Zoom session by downloading the free Zoom application prior to the November 12. If you have issues accessing Zoom, we can do our best to help you prior to the day of the event.

You may also choose to join a meeting directly from your browser. This is a workaround for participants who are unable to download, install, or run applications. Note that the meeting experience from the browser is limited.
