Please complete the following to be enrolled as a Blue & Gold Scholar on the Fergus Falls campus of Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
- Complete the Blue & Gold Scholars Program Form.
- Be prepared to upload a picture of yourself to be used during the scholarship reception and for social media.
- Apply to M State.

- Once your application has been processed, M State will be in contact with you about priority registration events.
- Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
- M State’s FAFSA code is 005541
- For more information on financial aid, please visit the Financial Aid page for M State.
- Once your FAFSA has been processed, you can view the status of your financial aid in E-Services under the Financial Aid tab.
